Just follow these simple three steps: When you register on JewelryGrabber, you will be asked to provide your basic contact information. All your information is kept private on JewelryGrabber’s secured servers. Check for JewelryGrabber message in you email. JewelryGrabber will send you an email with a link and instruction for you to confirm your registration. For security purpose, you will be prompted to choose your own username and password for signing in to JewelryGrabber. Click on Register Rest Relax and Shop! Ready to Register?
	Account Activation
	Once you fill up the registration form an account activation email with the subject: (JewelryGrabber) will be sent to your registered email address from JewelryGrabber. Please make sure your Spam filters are set to accept mail from JewelryGrabber.com and your mail settings are set to accept emails from JewelryGrabber i.e., email address ends in @jewelrygrabber.com If you do not find the mail in you inbox folder, please check your Spam folders.

	Our new rating system lets you speak your mind, and rate transactions as either Satisfied, Neutral or Unsatisfied. Each JewelryGrabber user is also given an overall rating score based on their transactions. The seller can leave a rating based on how fast a payment was made by the buyer, thus helping sellers to monitor the bids they receive from the potential buyers. The buyer can leave a rating based on the delivery time and item description.
	Become Verified User
	JewelryGrabber provides a 100% safe trading environment. For this Verified User stamp is issued to sellers who pass stringent Seller verification process. To become Verified User please log into your account and click on the link: Verified Seller
	Registering a Business Account
	You can register as a business account with JewelryGrabber and have your business details recorded for tax reasons and to increase buyer confidence. This is the first step once you register you account. JewelryGrabber has an optiion of "switching" in My Home once you are logged in and click on Account Information.
	Creating a Seller’s Account
	To ensure that JewelryGrabber is always a safe and reliable place to trade, JewelryGrabber requires members to create a Seller's account before they commence selling. You can create a Seller's account instantly by registering first and than clicking on the selling tab. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information. Please note that JewelryGrabber uses the highest standards of encryption so that your credit card information is 100% safe. We use SSL certification from Godaddy.com. To authenticate your credit card JewelryGrabber will charge $ 1.00 to your credit card which will be credited to your account at the end of month in your bill. Start Selling Now !
	Your JewelryGrabber Account and Payments
	Your JewelryGrabber Account will be charged at the end of the month automatically with the credit card or bank account on file. A month end statement will be posted on your account and a copy will be sent to your registered email address. Once you are logged in you can go to: My Home > My Account > Account History You can access your invoices by selecting a range of dates. Access your Invoices now !
	Problems Signing In
	Some possible reasons why you may not be able to login Incorrect User ID or Password. Password is case sensitive; please check your cap locks. If you still cannot log in, you can create a new password. Your current password will not revealed due to security reasons. To create a new password, please click here User Account is inactive Once you register on JewelryGrabber, you need to activate your account by clicking on the activation email that was sent to your registered email. Check you junk folder for email. If you receive email in your junk email, please make sure to change your settings in the Spam folder, to accept emails from email address ending in @jewelrygrabber.com If you have entered an invalid or incorrect email address, you can update your email address and then have the activation email sent to you again. Tips for Sellers

JewelryGrabber will always keep the highest safety standards for both buyers and sellers.

Before you list an item

Please read our selling policy.
Know all the fees structure and what we charge. There is no listing charges and you get up to 4 pictures free to list. JewelryGrabber does not charge for gallery pictures.
Get a Verified Seller Seal. Apply for it now.

Listing your item

Please provide a full and accurate description of the item you are selling.
Add clear pictures for your jewelry item. You can add up to 4 pictures for free and your Gallery picture is also completely free.
Where applicable list your item at $0.99 No Reserve, or at the lowest price
Offer Buy Now Options to your buyers.
Clearly mention your postage, insurance and include your return policy and shipping instructions.
If you offer return policy, clearly state the time frame you allow for return.
Clearly provide your refund policy and if you stock restocking charges.

After an item is sold

Please communicate with the buyer thru our Message board.
Send the buyer an invoice with clear instructions on the payments accepted which are already mentioned when you have listed your item.
JewelryGrabber has strict policies regarding excessive postage charges, and your listed item can be suspended if excess postage is charged and the listing fees forfeited.
Allow 5-9 days for the payment to be received from the buyer. A non paying bidder complaint can be initiated after the 9^th day of the Auction closed.
Once payment is received, please confirm the payment receipt with the buyer and confirm delivery details to the buyer.
On receipt of the payment, JewerlyGrabber suggests to ship out the item at the earliest and communicate with the buyer and also marking as item shipped for the particular item in My Home section of the website.
Leave a feedback rating for your buyer to provide other members, which provides other sellers with an indication on how well the buyer performed on that particular sale.
