When you register on JewelryGrabber, you will be asked to provide your basic contact information. All your information is kept private on JewelryGrabber’s secured servers.

Check for JewelryGrabber message in you email. JewelryGrabber will send you an email with a link and instruction for you to confirm your registration.

| | | Registering a Business Account | | | You can register as a business account with JewelryGrabber and have your business details recorded for tax reasons and to increase buyer confidence.
This is the first step once you register you account. JewelryGrabber has an optiion of "switching" in My Home once you are logged in and click on Account Information.
| | | Creating a Seller’s Account | | | To ensure that JewelryGrabber is always a safe and reliable place to trade, JewelryGrabber requires members to create a Seller's account before they commence selling.
You can create a Seller's account instantly by registering first and than clicking on the selling tab. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information. Please note that JewelryGrabber uses the highest standards of encryption so that your credit card information is 100% safe. We use SSL certification from Godaddy.com.
To authenticate your credit card JewelryGrabber will charge $ 1.00 to your credit card which will be credited to your account at the end of month in your bill.

A month end statement will be posted on your account and a copy will be sent to your registered email address.

You can access your invoices by selecting a range of dates.

Tips for Sellers
JewelryGrabber will always keep the highest safety standards for both buyers and sellers.
Before you list an item
- Please read our selling policy.
- Know all the fees structure and what we charge. There is no listing charges and you get up to 4 pictures free to list. JewelryGrabber does not charge for gallery pictures.
- Get a Verified Seller Seal. Apply for it now.
Listing your item
- Please provide a full and accurate description of the item you are selling.
- Add clear pictures for your jewelry item. You can add up to 4 pictures for free and your Gallery picture is also completely free.
- Where applicable list your item at $0.99 No Reserve, or at the lowest price
- Offer Buy Now Options to your buyers.
- Clearly mention your postage, insurance and include your return policy and shipping instructions.
- If you offer return policy, clearly state the time frame you allow for return.
- Clearly provide your refund policy and if you stock restocking charges.
After an item is sold
- Please communicate with the buyer thru our Message board.
- Send the buyer an invoice with clear instructions on the payments accepted which are already mentioned when you have listed your item.
- JewelryGrabber has strict policies regarding excessive postage charges, and your listed item can be suspended if excess postage is charged and the listing fees forfeited.
- Allow 5-9 days for the payment to be received from the buyer. A non paying bidder complaint can be initiated after the 9th day of the Auction closed.
- Once payment is received, please confirm the payment receipt with the buyer and confirm delivery details to the buyer.
- On receipt of the payment, JewerlyGrabber suggests to ship out the item at the earliest and communicate with the buyer and also marking as item shipped for the particular item in My Home section of the website.
- Leave a feedback rating for your buyer to provide other members, which provides other sellers with an indication on how well the buyer performed on that particular sale.
