Ending Your Listing Early

JewelryGrabber has very stringent rules for canceling you listings. We will advice our esteemed sellers to go through the rules and regulations for ending your listing early thoroughly.

1. If you cannot complete your listing as planned, you can only end your listing if you have more than 24 hours left on the listing. In other words listings left with 24 hours or less than 24 hours time cannot be closed. If there are bids on your item, you can cancel them.
2. You can end your listing early by providing a written reason for ending the listing

Reasons for ending listings early include:

• The item is no longer available for sale
• There was an error in the starting price or reserve amount.
• There was an error in the listing or description
• The item was lost or broken.

Note: Your account will be charged listing fees ( such as insertion charges ) if your listing is ended early.

1. Type your item number in the End My listing Early form.
2. If you have bids on the Jewelry item, choose between the following options:
   1. Cancel Bids and end listing early
   2. Sell item to the highest bidder and end listing early.

3. Check on the radio box for the reason you are ending your listing
